Stay in a beautiful hydro powered eco-lodge, organic farm, and botanical garden. Located next to the world famous Corcovado National Park, Finca Exotica is the ideal location to experience the beauty of the Osa Peninsula. Positioned between the warm Pacific Ocean and dense tropical rainforest, it finds itself in a naturally created corridor where the density of animals is greater than anywhere else in Costa Rica. Wake up to see monkeys swinging from the fruit trees or exotic birds showing off their bright colours while flying overhead. If you're lucky, you might even spot a Puma!

Finca Exotica takes pride in serving delicious and fresh organic foods. Eat "family style" from their rancho with scenic views or from their relaxed beach house restaurant. The food is prepared with the finest ingredients by your host and chef Markus who has years of experience catering in Europe. He brings together Costa Rican foods mixed with exotic flavors mostly inspired by Asian, Mexican, Mediterranean, and Indian influences. The majority of the ingredients are harvested from the garden and served fresh daily. The blend of intense fresh exotic flavors will blow your taste buds away!

Choose from traditionally made jungle cabins and tiki tents with spectacular views. These simple, elegant, and clean accommodations, perfect for families, couples or groups, are spread across the vibrant botanical gardens for privacy. Finca Exotica prides themselves on providing the opportunity to fully experience the jungle while still being in total comfort. Feel the cool breeze coming from the Pacific Ocean and smell the sweet scent of blossoming flowers as you drift off to sleep. Wake up to the sound of howler monkeys or perhaps the buzz of a hummingbird.

Cabinas. Uniquely crafted opened-style cabinas, great for couples, families or friends up to 6 people, furnished with queen and/or single beds, flowers, candlelight, mosquito nets, a private toilet, and outdoor shower.

Tiki Tents. We offer you small or large locally crafted jungle tents for 1 or 2 people with either a queen or two twin beds. The tents are placed within bamboo frames with thatched roofs to keep you elevated and plenty dry. The tents are spaciously spread across the garden providing you the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. Although most have a private shower, you may be sharing in private outdoor facilities.

• Rancho - this is a cozy scenic viewpoint where we enjoy evening meals, music and great conversation. From here we watch the sunset, gaze at the stars, and breathe the fresh air coming from the jungle and ocean.
• Beach House - a great place to come together with everyone for some food, fun and creativity. We love to have small fiestas or concerts here. Inside you will find books, tide charts, nature guides, art paper, musical instruments, colored pencils, hammocks, a pool table, board games and more. This is also where you'll find all the beach toys like fins, boogie boards, and surfboards.
• Front Ridge - The most incredible view point on the whole of the Osa. This is a great place to take everyone for a sunset fiesta. We like to take some fruit, coconuts, bamboo mats, and drinks up here for a 360 view of the ocean and jungle. See some of the most incredible sunsets from this place. It will take your breath away!
• Outdoor Lounge - a great place for a bonfire, some food, music and throwing the Frisbee.
• Yoga Platform - February 2009: a great spot for yoga or tai chi that can support up to 24 people practicing yoga. Wait 'til you see this view!
• Casa Grade – Coming in December 2009, this is going to be the main house with tiki carvings, candles, flowers, music and bar with cold fruity drinks. This new 400 square meter lodge is being constructed now for fine dinning, socializing, playing games, reading, relaxing, stargazing, playing music, dancing, theatre, conferences, classes, bird watching, painting, making pottery, and more.
