StepOut Family Experience

StepOut would like to invite parents who feel that the relationship with their kids has been put on hold due to the stresses of work, school, and technology. See how adventure can bring everyone closer together!

What's it all about?

Learn about conservation, renewable energy, and animals in their natural habitat. Visit a place where National Geographic calls "the most biologically intense place on earth!" Together, kids and parents open their eyes to a whole new world of discoveries.

In the mornings, parents have a chance to hike, read a book, or simply rest while their kids explore the environment that surrounds them. Our educator will take the kids on hikes through the jungle, teach them about the local flora and fauna, organize interactive games, and grow their knowledge of the rainforest while learning through both art and science. In the afternoons, families reunite and spend time together exploring, relaxing, or doing whatever they choose to do!

Available Summer Dates

Please contact us directly for dates of our Summer Family Experiences.

Not available during this time? Not to worry, you can be a teacher anytime! Join our regular tours and introduce your children to the experience of volunteering, solar power energy, horseback riding in the wilderness, surfing the waves of the Pacific, and hiking in the remoteness of the rainforest. Take them into 'National Geographic' and let them touch the very nature that seems to be disappearing from their everyday lives.

They will come back with a new understanding and a greater appreciation for the planet in which they live.

Join us as we explore nature in this exciting playground of Costa Rica.
